  3. 5 + 21: first 2 r rx, only got 6 pp in r 3, then scaled pp to 65# for remaining rounds, the rest rx.
    3 supersets of bicep curls 15# dbs, band pull downs

  5. 12+2 all c2b and pp ub...chest push ups were limiting factor...4 and 4 for most of the rounds...no go switch...is this normal? Feeling like lately i have had a lack of confidence and have suffered with slow transitions...is this just the nature of the training? normally i dont ask...but it def is out of character for me.

  7. 12 rounds would be phenomenal!!! I feel the same way about transitions lately as well. Ive been transitioning like a weenie. I figure it's on account of our ha-ugeness (hopefully). You're not alone.

  10. Flat Tire – 5 plus 7 push presses (all rx, except 53# kbs after round 1)

    Started on push presses which crushed me round 6. Back feels great.
