ReplyDeleteI don't understand how people cycle burpees so fast! Is it a height game? I'm 6'0" and I don't think I can cycle faster than maybe 12-13 reps in 30 seconds MAX (with the 6" target).
I think its a height thing I'm 5'8" i tried a couple times in warmup but couldn't break 15. I've done 21 but not to a target - that slows things down. There are soe tricks on keeping tight and dropping the legs back immediately on the descent ie no pause on the way down.
