had an active rest day on Friday rowed 30 min at a slow conversation pace...so made up Fridays work today1. macho man @ 135# surprised myself ! got through 11 whole rounds, picked up tge bar for round 12, did 2 power cleans and gave up lol ... just brutal2. row 300m rest 1 min for 5 rounds 103.9x 4 rounds and 104.7 for 5thplayed with damper setting on last 2 rounds... think I went too low on last set
Did some hip and shoulder mobility. Rolled out. and did a little oly work with just the bar. I want to wod today!!! lol Can't wait to hit it tomorrow!!
Took the dog for a good 45-60 minute walk in the snow. Got the blood flowing and a light sweat.Wife wants to do yoga later while the baby is napping so I will probably join.
