Saturday 1.19.20

The Kill Cliff Competitors Competition is happening today at CFNE.

1.  12 Rounds of:
30 seconds, max rep Burpees - to target six inches above max reach.
30 seconds rest

Post total reps and highest/lowest scores.  Example: 185, 19/11

2.  Bulletproof Shoulders

    Hand release, target about 8 in above max reach. Burpees are a little different that way!

    Focused on good shoulder position, watched this video yesterday and it helped me realize my pushups/burpee position is out of wack!

    I don't understand how people cycle burpees so fast! Is it a height game? I'm 6'0" and I don't think I can cycle faster than maybe 12-13 reps in 30 seconds MAX (with the 6" target).

    1. I think its a height thing I'm 5'8" i tried a couple times in warmup but couldn't break 15. I've done 21 but not to a target - that slows things down. There are soe tricks on keeping tight and dropping the legs back immediately on the descent ie no pause on the way down.
