ReplyDeleteToday at work myself and 2 guys were standing around trying to get a pump going. We were talking about the Crossfit open when one of the guys said "hows your pistols?" The other guy said "what are pistols"? I then proceeded to show him a pistol (weighted including my tool belt, hard hat and work boots). After I stood up I realized I was standing in a puddle of hypochloride, concentrated bleach. Oops. Thats some motivation to not fail, hah. Cheers, enjoy your rest day folks!

DeleteLevel 1 seminar was amazing. Zach Forrest and Adrian bozman were awesome. Soaked up alotta good stuff and threw down a 2:40 Fran. Great weekend.
