Took a rest day, feel like poops from a lack of sleep...excited for the announcement, show me cleans and c2b please!
ReplyDeleteCoach, not to get too far ahead of the game, but following the Open, will you be providing separate programming for those that don't make Regionals and those that do?
ReplyDeleteMaybe as a follow-up question, would it make sense for us non-Regionals athletes to get to work on getting ha-yoooooge immediately after the Open or does it depend on weaknesses? I guess this question goes out to anyone really.

ReplyDeleteRan a light 5k with my girls who do strength and conditioning with me after school. Celebrated my b-day right! :) Excited about 13.4. Going at it at 7:30 tomorrow morning. Will post right after :)
