Did everything out of order. Trained last night at midnight, because of a busy busy day, then finished up Dork today in a hotel gym after a long roadtrip to Orlando.

    1. 2:33/2:44/ 3:25 (hammy's smoked, so treated the last one as a cool-down)
    2. 11:26 (2:00 on C2B, about to 10:30 for the HSPU, then 31/19 on the pull-ups to finish up)

At this point, it was 1AM, so went home and did "Dork" today with DB's

Well took a bit of a breather last week to wallow in my disappointment and readjust my expectations...14.5 killed my Worldwide ranking putting me out of the Masters "regional" competition...all it takes is one workout...well 2 I guess since I don't have a MU...14.4 was only so good. Finished 271 World Wide and 16th in the region...guess I know what I need to work on for 2015.
Finished 101st in 2013 and 5th regionally...one year older and 2000 more athletes Worldwide makes it that much more difficult. So time to regroup, get perspective and hopefully see better results this year.
