Make up from yesterday 1RM snatch 195- max is 220, but feeling weak still, not sure what's going on , very frustrating. Bench -struggled with195 for 8 Boat race -around 3:48 each round, 400 m run was most likely longer.
Did yesterday's work today since I had a game. 1. Snatch 1RM-195lbs. 10lb PR. Attempted 205 twice. Caught it, but fell forward each time. 2. Metcon- 17:40. Grip killer!
Have been following the regionals programming for a couple of weeks now. Very fun and nice results this far. My "rest day" was hero workout Whitten @36:45, Rxed but 480m run.
Very interested to see what Matt's gonna do at the games!!
ReplyDelete60 min shoulder mobility - improved but not by much - think I'm going to take a week to recharge been feeling beat up lately.
