60 min shoulder mobility - improved but not by much - think I'm going to take a week to recharge been feeling beat up lately.
Did yesterdays as had to take advantage of day off work today:1 RM snatch: 180 (5#pr), surprised, as haven't done heavy snatch in a long time10 RFT of TTB/snatch: 18:29 total forearm burner!
Make up from yesterday1RM snatch 195- max is 220, but feeling weak still, not sure what's going on , very frustrating. Bench -struggled with195 for 8Boat race -around 3:48 each round, 400 m run was most likely longer.
Did yesterday's work today since I had a game.1. Snatch 1RM-195lbs. 10lb PR. Attempted 205 twice. Caught it, but fell forward each time.2. Metcon- 17:40. Grip killer!
