  6. I used to use my Fire Dept days as Rest days. That threw the programing off for me. Since I started back up mid July I get up earlier and bang out the WODS before work, and rest on the prescribed days. And I have never felt better and made such progress in such a short span. If you can make it work, stick with it the best you can!

  7. hey legion. I'm stugglijg with this programming. Its only been a couple weeks but the programmed recovery day on Wednesday is messing with me..I'm coming from programming where mon wed Fri and sat were hour long Oly/strength then a short met con and then tues thurs were longer chipper type endurance metcons. notbeing used to this mid week day off I'm feeling like I'm losing ground. I tried yoga and rowing but didn't feel like it was anything . I'm not jumping ship I do think this programming will be the best thing to help me reach the next level. guess I'm wondering if this is a common feeling or if I should go back to doing a wod on Wednesday. I never felt over trained or beat down on my old programming. thank you

  8. Had to make up Monday's up today.

Squat Snatch: #160 Missed the 3rd bc I tried to stay under too long then bar shifted back and couldn't stand it back up. Missed the next 2 before standing it up.

"Ultimate Warrior": 15:51 min @ Rx. Felt winded and flat. Mainly felt like I was taking too many breaks. Thrusters felt ok however, heavy, but ok! No bar muscle-ups, only had access to rings.

    Thrusters 11/10; 5/5/5; 5/4 Muscle-ups 5/3/2/3/2/2/2/2; 3/2/3/2/3/2; 3/2/2/2
