Awesome workout! 33:40 with indoor track.Had to change a few things up to accommodate globo gym,*Back extensions with #10, no GHD.*C2B cut in half & just normal kipping. Why? Cause i suck @ C2B, and the gyms bar sucks which just amounts to lots of sucky pull ups.
Hated every minute! 41:15rx
