Ill be doing it on a high school track today, going to double the ghds and make them sit ups and cut the c2b in half and make then strict as I will be doing them on the cross post of a soccer goal, ill let you know how it goes.....
Awesome workout! 33:40 with indoor track. Had to change a few things up to accommodate globo gym, *Back extensions with #10, no GHD. *C2B cut in half & just normal kipping. Why? Cause i suck @ C2B, and the gyms bar sucks which just amounts to lots of sucky pull ups.
48:45.... Got hung up on the CTB pull up rounds. Just the Metcon I was looking for.
