Get some good training buddies.  
Everyday will be a better push and more fun.

  2. Ill be doing it on a high school track today, going to double the ghds and make them sit ups and cut the c2b in half and make then strict as I will be doing them on the cross post of a soccer goal, ill let you know how it goes.....

  7. Awesome workout! 33:40 with indoor track.
    Had to change a few things up to accommodate globo gym,
    *Back extensions with #10, no GHD.
    *C2B cut in half & just normal kipping. Why? Cause i suck @ C2B, and the gyms bar sucks which just amounts to lots of sucky pull ups.
