  3. Ben, what is your opinion of Rudy Neilsons Outlaw Way programming? Where would you two be in agreement and where would you differ. I have followed each for about six months. Then I have also worked my own programming with elements from both. Just want to hear your take on it. Thanks.

  4. Devon - my take is that Rudy is very good at what he does. I don't check his programming very often so I can't speak to the differences or similarities, but his results speak for themselves.
    My only suggestion would be to stick with one program instead of bouncing around.

    1. This is my first time sticking with a program and I can say the results have been good! I have about a 20 month goal so if Ben stops site before then I guess I will move to New England!
