Daughter is cutting teeth, and its impossible to get a good night's sleep. I ended up just rowing for 15 min. and did Bulletproof Shoulders.

Bummed I'm missing done training but excited to compete ! Aware I will not be at the top of my game but it's all good! Just need to play with the big girls ! :) 3. Have a good weekend guys!
