    *Just wasn't feeling it at all today. Recovery and sleep is an issue, right now. Daughter is cutting teeth, and its impossible to get a good night's sleep.
    I ended up just rowing for 15 min. and did Bulletproof Shoulders.

    Front Squat: skipped craping after wod and legs still shattered from earlier this week.

  24. Hey guys! Been traveling all day! Heading to Miami for the pantheon games this weekend! Couple of things !

    1.ben and heather- happy belated anniversary! U guys are truly one of the most awesome team I've ever met! Can't wait to see u guys again!!
    2. Bummed I'm missing done training but excited to compete ! Aware I will not be at the top of my game but it's all good! Just need to play with the big girls ! :)
