  1. Awesome news, Mel. It's been so fun to watch you develop as an athlete over the last few years. It's been a pleasure and an honor to complete with you at the Games on Team CFNE the last 3 years. You've been a great teammate and friend. I wish you the best of luck and can't wait to see you compete as an individual at HDC next year!

  3. 14:33... Bulk of it on muscle ups! But hugggggggeeeee improvement! No chicken wing!! No pain.... Full turnout. Was pacing myself for sure... Didint have push on clean and jerks... Felt really wavy actually today

    ~10 min for MUs, which is a huge PR. Most done prior was 20 MUs in 10 min

  5. 34:43 Total. 29 on Muscle ups. Switched out to the fat rings that I suck at. Well... at least got a time to beat the next time around.

    Has anyone else been completely rocked since the 400 repeats? Did mine on the treadmill and started using incline for round 4 and 5 since wouldn't go over 10mph. Been regretting it ever since!

    This rest day tomorrow will be amazing.

  7. Finished the day with "Isabel" and a fun little partner wod with my training partner.
    Partner WOD:
    800m Run (Each of this did this carrying a kid, no one to watch them lol)
    400m Waiters walk (100m with 70#; 100m with 55#..each partner waorking at same time and just rotating kettles)
    200m tire flips
    100 tire jumps
    50 alternating burpees

  16. I have never been able to do one muscle up. Decided I would atleast atempt today I was able to get all 30. Too astonished by doing muscle ups I forgot to start the clock lol
