  2. Horrible training day today ... No motivation! I rested Monday so running a day behind...felt like I had no go switch!
    1. 145 because anything heavier felt awkward... Think I'm still mentally a little fried from the weekend
    2. 205/215

    4. 125-9 reps/ failed on 10
    5. 8:32- dropped the bar on my last ohs! ...made it through 29 ohs to have to do one more! Frustrating! Then came the wall balls- I was so tempted to scale the height...these owned me... One rep at a time... Killed me... Box jumps and kbs were easy...
