Haven't been on the blog for a couple weeks taking some time to rest some tweaks ready to get back at it though wanted to say a big congrats to all those comp woders that made it to regionals !
Same here Seth. Four days off. Open tol a toll. I'm not one of these 20 year olds that can train 11 times a day and wake up raring to go lol. Back on mission now
recovery day ... spend time doin something u enjoy ... but I know ... that is hard on a Monday when most of us have to work ... lol
mobilitywod.com - address any tightness / stiffness/ pain ... some people like to run/ row... I prefer to take my dogs for a hike ... chill guys ... not a mountain hike... lol I live in Florida... a hike consists of walking on sugar sand where there is no buildings just palm trees lol

Snatch 1RM- 175 tied PR. Tried 185 and almost got it, ran out of time. Snatch felt great for once!
Back squat 2RM - 365
Push press 3RM - 225 (my 1RM PR) felt light!
Deadlift 5RM - 365 felt ok, being careful with low back
2. Felt so good on the push press, decided to go for new 1RM. Got 235 and 245. Tried 255 and almost locked it out. Happy!
3. For time 50 HSPU, 50 C2B, 50 burpees. 17:06. C2Bs are my biggest goat right now, need to keep working it.
