    1. Possibly, and there might be others that follow CWOD some days and other programming other days. If you have followed CWOD at all, as evidenced by posting your scores on this blog, I added your name. Maybe that was a bad rule to use, but that's what I went with. I'm not sure who Ryan is but he must have posted. We can always update the board and take his name off if he doesn't think he should be on there.

  9. My guess for 13.5 is one movement only.. Can be OHS or Thrusters in a weightladder or the same weight. AMRAP.. Collect reps! :-) Soon we´ll see...
