ReplyDeleteMan i'm missing some fun training days! Been training with the team and following their programming. Got my first STRICT ring muscle up today, thats attributed to Ben and his genius programming. Miss you guy & this programming already (I miss trying to chase Cheryl - you're gonna kill it girl! I'll be cheering for you up here in Canada). And Derek i'm inspired that your training so hard through your injury, your one bad ass dude.
