  3. Did a WOD today since I will rest tomorrow before a comp this weekend:
    1. OTM ×10 w/ 135
    Hang Power Clean
    Front Squat
    I was happy that this was completed so easy for me. today. I will know that I can add more weight next time something similar comes up.

    2. 30 Swings (55 lbs)
    20 KTE
    10 Box Jumps (24)
    800 m Run
    10 Box Jumps
    20 KTE
    30 Swings
    12:29. Too slow, but it is what it is.
    Excited for the comp this weekend!!!
