  3. 1.) did jerk practice up to 165, just some drills to work on my stability, then worked up to a 1rm clean, hit 245
    2.) Squat: 2 x 1 @315
    3.) Elizabeth: 6:30

    1. snatch 5x1 kept missing @'135 ! wtf? lol i kept getting loose in the landing... so stayed @ 130
