rested yesterday so did kinda double version 1. snatch 5x1 kept missing @'135 ! wtf? lol i kept getting loose in the landing... so stayed @ 130 2. c&j 170 solid 3. front squAts @ 195 (5x1) 4. elizabeth rested 5-10 min 5. hspu/wallball/ttb- didnt time it-somewhere around 10 min... i need to work on heavy wall balls in a BAD way!! they own me!
1. 245. Tried 275 and caught on my neck. I now know what it feels like to be punched in the adam's apple. In case you are wondering - it hurts A LOT. 2. 335 3. 6:56 Rx (easily my least favorite girl WOD)
