ReplyDeleteWorked up to 205 OM ohs and shoulder tweaked a little bit on 6th rep so I dropped it. Did a few light snatches but didn't want to push the shoulder. Think it's fine but trying to be smart.
Did some heavy deads after that. Kind of like comfort food. :-)
