  2. Don't have a rower. Was thinking of doing two 800m run time trials? Or should I do something on my airdyne? Anyone?

  3. Frustrating morning
Worked up to 205 OM ohs and shoulder tweaked a little bit on 6th rep so I dropped it. Did a few light snatches but didn't want to push the shoulder. Think it's fine but trying to be smart.

Did some heavy deads after that. Kind of like comfort food. :-)

    Rowing later

      3. 3:12, 3:42 (totally blew my wad on the first one...)

BTW - yesterday was my cheat day and I ate half a cake. The frosting alone must have been like 4,672 calories. And it was AWESOME. If you are going to cheat - go big.

  17. OHS 205×10 and I tweaked my upper back.
Skipped snatch (for the first time EVER!)
Did the rowing though, 3:33 and 3:36
Looking up at the target was painful so I didn't do any jumping.

  18. 1. 155... 165 is my PR on a OHS, Im begining to feel like my inadequate OHS is more of a Mental/Form problem than Stability/Stregnth problem.

    3. 3:48/3:37
    4. 12... After seeing some of numbers on here I feel like I was doing this wrong...
