20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds. Post Scores as total time including the rest.
1. Does "sit-up" automatically imply "abmat sit-ups"?
2. Is pushing off your quads with your hands during squats allowed? Iceland Annie was doing this during the beach WOD in the 2011 Games so it was obviously allowed then. Wondering if it has since been disallowed as I have yet to see it since.

27:34 ... I got really huge during get ha-uge like when I started this I was 215 lbs. I just weighed myself and I'm up to 250 lbs now. Body fat percentage still low muscles are just huge. Should I try to cut down a little or do you think I'll drop back down to 220 or 225ish in the spring with all the met con? I really love this programming I added 100 to 200 lbs to a bunch of my lifts. Or if I'm comfortable being this big is it fine?
I agree; that's quite a bit of weight to add in two months. I can say my overall strength has climbed significantly with this programming, and i have also put on some weight, but im talking 5 or so lbs in 4 weeks.
