  1. Have the Capital Games this weekend, so I will be resting tomorrow (did a WOD today...), but I was just saying how after the 15-12-9 WOD that I wanted to redo Grace. Dang it! :) And the competition this weekend has Grace and Fran as one of the wods, but each partner has to do one - and I am doing Fran. Rats :) Oh well, I am going to kill my Fran time! :)

    1. I'm also in the Mid Atlantic Region... Good luck this weekend. I don't have an affiliate, so I miss comps like this one. What other small comps do you have coming up over the summer?? I want to do the hopper again - but would love to do more! What are your favorites? Again, good luck and kick some ass!!

    2. The only other one I know of is this one:
      http://www.titancrossfit.com/#!atlasgames/cycx

If you send me an e-mail (devans@kravmd.com), I can e-mail you with any that I find come up!

Thanks! Excited about it! And - I will see you at the Hopper, too! I have competed for the past two years, and I hope that next year they get a little more organized so that scoring is not messed up like it was last year.

  6. 1. 2:27 - Was shooting for closer to 2 flat.

    2. 6:57 - Broke up pull ups, more of a mental breakdown than physical.

Both PR's. Gains using this programming were especially evident in Grace. Pulling 135 for reps feels a whole lot different than it used to. Thanks.

Pr's on both as well :) Makes for a happy day. Was smoked on the 50 thrusters they were sloppy and inefficient. Both left me feeling sick. I know I need more work on these fast light suckers.
