    4. Modified -no muscle ups right now. Odds-power snatch at 165-10,5,5,5,6; 10 ring rows on the evens

    4. 2 each round, all muscle ups unbroken...felt like I should have started off with 3-4 snatches, but was more worries about failing in later rounds..then I realized, it was really only 5 rounds!
    Things felt off from the start today, I dunno why, just very off, I was missing lifts I shouldn't have been. Still a solid day of training and felt really strong on my muscle ups. If only my bar muscle ups would come along now!
