  3. 30:27 (scaled the last 15 HSPU to 1 abmat, completely failed on them, is that the proper thing to do?). Oh and the crossfit gym I visited today wasn't set up for running so I had to sub for rowing.

    Subbed running for 1:45 jump rope was at globo gym deads were not near treadmills... Extreme hangover had to take burp breaks sweeeet

  7. 14:57. Rx. Went unbroken fairly easy and felt really good today. My 400m is a lap aroun a make-shift track on our football field so that may be +/- 400m.

  9. forgot to do switch the warm up weights and did the wod with 125# dl (fail!)
    other than that, all else was Rx in 24 minutes. First had WOD in a while!

  11. because of the facilities we have and the snow outside i performed pull ups and rowed instead of HSPU and ran.
