  1. Just wondering if that should be a 1000m run vice a mile (1600m). It's the one thing that isn't in line with the rest of the rep scheme. Reps go 100, 80, 60, 40, 20 and right now runs go 1600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m. Double checking to make sure that's intentional.

  3. @ hotel gym with treadmill runs and a few other subs. Just under 40. Good times

  4. My husband went to the gym after me to do this WOD, he has so kindly informed me that the treadmills are in miles not kilometers.... so I did 1 mile first run. Than .8 miles (not 800 meters) and .6 miles (not 600 meters) ect... Thats what i get for trying to cheat!

  9. I actually by accident did not turn my TIME on ... but i must say this was UGLY one. I will reather Clean&Jerk 155 for 1 hour straight than again this :D

  11. 45:50. Sub 80 an mat sit ups for ghd side cramp started around 800 m run and would not go away. Great wod.
